Welcome
As long as the best human resource managers are not involved in creating employment relationships and as long as they fight for recognition and recognition as a business partner, there will be no major steps in organizational development and significant improvement in the quality of employment relationships namely reducing the number of labor disputes.

Dear colleagues, ladies and gentlemen, dear friends

Today, if we look at the business environment, it is easy to conclude that, as never before, the position of human resources manager was never more important for the organization's business. A large number of social, economic, and political factors that jointly affect the business of companies in Serbia make human resource management a much more important, if not the most important function in the organization. But, also because of all that, today's human resource managers must come to the fore and be realized, that is, show and prove themselves as an equal strategic partner.

Whether this will happen and whether human resources experts will accept the leading role depends only on them and their attitude towards themselves and then towards the work environment.

As professionals, we are responsible for adding value to the organizations we serve and the ethical success (or failure) of those organizations. As advocates of this profession, by engaging in the business of human resource management, we increase its value and accept professional responsibility for our individual decisions and actions. Also, through our work and actions, we build respect, credibility and strategic importance for our profession in organizations, the business community and the communities in which we work.

In order to help the organizations we work in, the employees we work with in achieving their goals, we must also help ourselves. How?

To inform and educate current and future professionals, organizations we serve and the general public about the principles and practices that help the profession. To positively influence the practice of employment. To encourage professional decision-making and responsibility. To help strengthen social responsibility. To adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. To measure the efficiency of human resources in contributing to or achieving organizational goals rather than bias. To abide by the law. To work in accordance with the values of the profession. To strive to achieve the highest level of service, performance and social responsibility. To respect employees as people. To be leaders and role models in achieving and maintaining the highest standards of ethical behavior.

To be together, to support and protect each other!

Because of all that,
