The Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia is an independent and professional organization of human resources managers and other persons working in the field of human resources management and / or labor relations, ie human resources management, established to achieve the following goals:
- determines the professional rights and duties and ethical norms of behavior of members in performing management / human resources management and / or labor relations
- promotes and provides professional development of members
- gives initiatives for changes in regulations in the field of labor relations and / or human resources management
- determines the amount of membership fees of members of the Chamber
- protects, harmonizes and represents the members of the Chamber in the country and abroad
- establishes, maintains and improves cooperation with professional associations in the field of human resources management in the country and abroad
- monitors and influences the development of professional relations in the profession by providing conditions for its members for such activity
- improves the conditions for performing professional work in the field of human resources management and / or labor relations
- provides security and protection of general and individual professional interests of members
- organizes and participates in the preparation of professional meetings and workshops and provides assistance in publishing publications of interest to the profession and activities of members
- provides information on all relevant activities carried out
- performs expertise, as well as tasks of importance for professional practice and training of members of the Chamber in accordance with the law, statute and general acts of the Chamber
- keeps records of its members
- conducts licensing procedures for professional workers in human resource management
- adopts the Code of Professional Ethics and forms the Ethics Committee
- determines violations of professional ethics and imposes measures for committed violations in accordance with the provisions of the Code
- represents the professional interests of members and employees who perform tasks in the field of human resource management
- provides professional assistance to members
- performs other tasks in accordance with the law
