The Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia is an independent and professional organization of human resources managers and other persons working in the field of human resources management and / or labor relations, ie human resources management, established to achieve the following goals:

1. determines the professional rights and duties and ethical norms of behavior of members in performing management / human resources management and / or labor relations
2. promotes and provides professional development of members
3. gives initiatives for changes in regulations in the field of labor relations and / or human resources management
4. determines the amount of membership fees of members of the Chamber
5. protects, harmonizes and represents the members of the Chamber in the country and abroad
6. establishes, maintains and improves cooperation with professional associations in the field of human resources management in the country and abroad
7. monitors and influences the development of professional relations in the profession by providing conditions for its members for such activity
8. improves the conditions for performing professional work in the field of human resources management and / or labor relations
9. provides security and protection of general and individual professional interests of members
10. organizes and participates in the preparation of professional meetings and workshops and provides assistance in publishing publications of interest to the profession and activities of members
11. provides information on all relevant activities carried out
12. performs expertise, as well as tasks of importance for professional practice and training of members of the Chamber in accordance with the law, statute and general acts of the Chamber
13. keeps records of its members
14. conducts licensing procedures for professional workers in human resource management
15. adopts the Code of Professional Ethics and forms the Ethics Committee
16. determines violations of professional ethics and imposes measures for committed violations in accordance with the provisions of the Code
17. represents the professional interests of members and employees who perform tasks in the field of human resource management
18. provides professional assistance to members
19. performs other tasks in accordance with the law
