Due to the significance of the phenomenon and the problems it causes, it is necessary to get acquainted with this phenomenon from different aspects, to teach students to recognize it, because mobbing can be prevented by primary prevention, ie information, education, mastering important communication skills, protective legislation and organizational policy and practice.
