LICENSES OF THE CHAMBER OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERS OF SERBIA

Today, if we look at the business environment, it is easy to conclude that, as never before, the position of human resources manager was not more important for the organization's business. A large number of health, social, economic, and political factors that jointly affect the business of organizations in Serbia, make that human resource management should be a much more important, if not the most important, function in the organization. Because of all that, also, today's human resource managers must come to the fore and be realized, that is, show and prove themselves as an equal strategic partner.

Whether this will happen and whether human resources experts will accept the leading role depends only on them and their attitude towards themselves and then towards the work environment.

In order to help the organizations we work in, the employees we work with in achieving their goals, we must also help ourselves. How?

Due to all that, the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia has introduced a licensing program which introduces recognizable highest standards in human resources management.

Holders of the Chamber's licenses are persons who are proven and valid as experts in the field of human resource management and who are recognized as such by organizations in the Republic of Serbia.

As professionals, we are responsible for adding value to the organizations we serve and the ethical success (or failure) of those organizations. As advocates of this profession, by engaging in the business of human resource management, we increase its value and accept professional responsibility for our individual decisions and actions. Also, through our work and actions, we build respect, credibility and strategic importance for our profession in organizations, the business community and the communities in which we work.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE, RENEWAL AND REVOCATION OF LICENSE

LICENSING

The license is a document issued by the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia and represents a confirmation that the licensee is a professionally qualified person to perform activities in the field of human resources management under the criteria for which the license was issued. For each licensee, the Institute for Human Resources Management, as an expert body of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia, guarantees that the licensee is professionally qualified to perform activities in the area covered by this license.

Every person who meets the following conditions has the right to obtain a license:

  • to meet the requirements in terms of education and experience in human resource management prescribed for the said license;
  • to be a member of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia;
  • that it is registered in the directory of the chamber (for license renewal);
  • that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment by a final court decision for an act that makes him/her unfit to perform the activities of a human resources manager, ie that he/she has been convicted of an act of harassment at work, ie that he/she has been sentenced by a final court decision for non-compliance According to the Criminal Code, namely: obligatory psychiatric treatment and keeping in a health institution, obligatory psychiatric treatment at liberty, obligatory treatment of drug addicts, obligatory treatment of alcoholics. harassment at work.

The license is issued for a period of 4 years.

In addition to the issued license, the chamber provides a certificate with the number and type of license, ie the area of work covered by the license with the dry mark of the licensor.

The license is issued on the basis of the Rulebook on detailed conditions for issuing, renewing or revoking the license of members of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia.

LICENSE RENEWAL

The person, the licensee, submits to the Chamber and / or the competent office a request for renewal of the license no later than 60 days before the expiration of the term for which the license was issued.

The licensee who does not meet the conditions for license renewal prescribed by the Rulebook on detailed conditions for issuing, renewing or revoking the license of members of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia, is obliged to submit a request for a license exam to the competent chamber within 60 days before the license period.

The person, the licensee, with the request for license renewal, submits proof of continuous education in accordance with the Rulebook on detailed conditions for issuing, renewing or revoking the license of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia, or proof of passing the license exam.

The license is renewed every four years.

LICENSE REVOCATION

The Chamber may temporarily revoke the license of the holder under the conditions prescribed by the Rulebook on detailed conditions for issuing, renewing or revoking the license of members of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The person-licensee, who does not obtain or renew the license, under the conditions prescribed by the Rulebook on detailed conditions for issuing, renewing or revoking the license of members of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia, is deleted from the Chamber Directory and can no longer be supported by the Chamber. of its members in its further work.
  • The person-license holder, whose license has been revoked by the Chamber or the competent office under the conditions prescribed by the Rulebook, is obliged to submit the previously issued license to the Chamber or the competent office within five working days from the day of delivery of the decision on revocation of the license.
  • The Chamber shall immediately, and no later than within 24 hours, delete the data on the person as the license holder from the Directory of the Chamber on the non-renewed, ie revoked license.
  • The costs of issuing and renewing a license shall be determined by the competent body of the Chamber, under the conditions prescribed by the regulations, and shall be borne by the applicant for the issuance or renewal of the license.
  • The decision on the issued, renewed or revoked license is made by the director of the Chamber.
