Taking the license exam is carried out at the personal request of the candidate, in accordance with the Rulebook on detailed conditions for issuing, renewing or revoking the license of members of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia.
The candidate submits a request for taking the license exam to the Chamber or the competent office no later than 60 days before the expiration of the license period.
Documentation required for taking the license exam:
- Application for taking the license exam (download the request form).
- Proof of payment of the fee for taking the license exam (the fee for taking the license exam is 30,000.00 dinars).
NOTE: In accordance with the Rulebook on detailed conditions for issuing, renewing or revoking the license of members of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia, persons who do not meet the conditions for renewal of the license prescribed by this Rulebook, must apply for a license exam within 60 days before the license period.
The dates for taking the license exam are March and October of the current year.
The license exam is taken online or in writing. Exceptionally, the Commission may, for justified reasons, also allow oral examinations.
The fee for taking the license exam is determined by the director of the Chamber. The fee referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be paid by the candidate to the current account of the Chamber. The candidate is obliged to submit proof of payment to the Chamber no later than 7 days before the date of the license exam.
If the candidate, for justified reasons, does not take the license exam, he is entitled to a refund of the money paid in the name of the fee for taking the license exam. The candidate is obliged to inform the Chamber in writing at least 24 hours before the time set for the beginning of the exam, which informs the Commission for taking the license exam. A candidate who, for unjustified reasons, does not take the license exam or does not notify the Chamber within the period referred to in the previous paragraph, loses the right to a refund of the money paid in the name of the license exam fee. The justification of the reasons is determined by the Commission for taking the license exam. The decision on reimbursement of costs is made by the director of the Chamber on the proposal of the Commission.
