The request for the issuance of a license is submitted to the Chamber or through the competent Office (through the branch that issued the Decision on entry in the directory of the Chamber).

Documentation required for license issuance:

License application (download the request form) with the accompanying documentation specified in the request:

• Proof of payment of the fee for the costs of issuing the license.
• A statement that he/she has not been convicted by a final court decision for an act that makes him/her unfit to perform the activities of a human resources manager, ie that he/she has not been convicted by a final court decision for an act of harassment at work, ie that a final court decision has not imposed a security measure in accordance with the Criminal Code; that is: obligatory psychiatric treatment and keeping in a health institution, obligatory psychiatric treatment at liberty, obligatory treatment of drug addicts, obligatory treatment of alcoholics.
• Consent for the production of an identification card (download consent)

Make a payment to the account of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia via a payment order.
