The age of the Covid-19 showed everything that we considered "what would happen if it happened". All the pains of our society surfaced with great speed and everyone was given the opportunity to say what they thought. Few of them said what they would do, and the fewest were those who worked / did.
The Chamber of Human Resources Managers, today more than ever has an obligation to recognize and welcome every effort to maintain a successful business system, to provide full support for all that has been done and is being done to overcome the very difficult and complex situation in which our people find themselves, coronavirus infestation. With your measures, initiatives and requests, you have shown that you respect and in practice appreciate the most important thing, people. Don't make easy decisions in difficult times when it comes to employees, because that is the most valuable thing that organizations have and you recognize.
